The way in which you access GP services when the surgery is changing. From the 1st April 2016, you will no longer be able to contact the GP Out of Hours Service directly.
You will need to call NHS111 by dialing 111 from any telephone. Please note that all calls are free to 111 from both landlines and mobiles.
Your call will be triaged and then forwarded to the GP Out of Hours service based at the Countess of Chester Health Park.
