Please remember that we cannot accept repeat medication orders over the telephone. To order your medication with the surgery it must either be in writing or via the Patient Access system.
If you use a pharmacy on a regular basis, they may be able to take your repeat medication request over the telephone. Please speak to your local pharmacy for more information on how to do this.
All medication requests made directly through the surgery take 48 business hours to be generated.
