Miss D Riley
Practice Manager, joined the Practice on 1st April 2019. ‘The Practice Manager is involved with the day to day running of the Practice, overseeing all aspects of the business whilst ensuring the right systems are in place to provide high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology.  The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.  


Julia – Business Administration Manager (Supporting Northgate & St Werburgh’s Practice)


Our Business Administration Team consists of our Business Administration Manager Julia who joined us in 1995 and who is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the computer system, training staff,  practice QOF targets and supporting the Practice Manager.  Maintaining, updating and monitoring our practice website and social media pages. 

Kayleigh & Esbea – Medical Secretaries

They are able to deal with any queries regarding your referrals and reports.

Fiona –  Medical Administrator/IT Support

Fiona, who deals with the workflow of hospital letters to the clinicians and other admin duties to assist the admin team.

Abby – Medical Administrator/Coder

Abby works in the admin team and assists us with coding and various admin tasks.

Lynne started working here in 2009. We have an excellent reception team with a wealth of knowledge who are always willing to help our patients in the best possible way and provide assurance and care. The phones and reception desk can be very busy so if you have to wait w would welcome your patience.
