Julia – Business Manager Supporting Practice Manager (Supporting Northgate & St Werburgh’s Medical Practice) Our Business Administration Team consists of our Business Manager Julia who joined us in 1995 and who is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the computer system, training staff, practice QOF targets and supporting the Practice Manager. Maintaining, updating and monitoring our practice website and social media pages. Kayleigh & Esbea – Medical Secretaries They are able to deal with any queries regarding your referrals and reports. Jayne & Kelly – Medical Administrator/IT Support Fiona, who deals with the workflow of hospital letters to the clinicians and other admin duties to assist the admin team. Abby – Medical Administrator/Coder/Phlebotomy Abby works in the admin team and assists us with coding and various admin tasks and also does phlebotomy clinics
