Julia – Business Administration Manager (Supporting Northgate & St Werburgh’s Practice)
Our Business Administration Team consists of our Business Administration Manager Julia who joined us in 1995 and who is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the computer system, training staff, practice QOF targets and supporting the Practice Manager. Maintaining, updating and monitoring our practice website and social media pages. Sam & Kayleigh – Medical Secretaries They are able to deal with any queries regarding your referrals. Fiona – Business Administration Assistant Fiona, who deals with the workflow of hospital letters to the clinicians and other admin duties to assist the admin team. Amy – Read Coder/Receptionist Amy works on both reception and admin team and assists us with coding and various admin tasks.
