The practice provide homeless people fair access to healthcare which is flexible and individualised
Registration Criteria
The practice will register vulnerable adults, who are sleeping rough, living in homes hostels or temporary accommodation.

- drop-in crisis intervention
- daily outreach to day centre

- dressings/leg ulcer care
- smear testing
- smoking cessation
- immunisations
- health promotion
- disease management
- contraception/sexual health
