What’s new in the Practice
NEW PHONE SYSTEM
We have introduced a new phone system which was installed in February 2024. This new phone system allows for ‘call-backs’ which we hope you find useful. You no longer have to wait in the queue, which will be extra busy when we open at 8am each week day. If your query is not urgent please phone us later in the day when the phone lines have quietened down.
When you reach queue position 6 you should be offered the ‘call-back’ option.
This is a new system and may have occasional issues, please do let us know if you have problems getting through or getting cut-off so we can report to our new supplier.
NEW STARTERS
We have a new Advanced Nurse Practitioner that started with the practice on 20th May. She is working at the practice Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fridays. Her name is Candice Scholes.
We have a new receptionist who started with us in May call Christine, she will be training on the phones and learning the whole practice system so please be patient when contacting us.
LEAVERS
Dr Borton has now left our practice moving on to a new GP Practice and we wish her well.
